A. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
To ensure attainment of the project objectives, the following are the CONTRACTOR's minimum qualifications:
(a) The CONTRACTOR must be the authorized dealer and installer of the air conditioning split-type units being offered;
(b) The brand of air conditioner must be at least ten (10) years in the market supplying, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning.
(c) The brand of air conditioning unit must have ISO 9001:2008 - Quality Management Systems certified;
