A) REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

1. 1 Lot Water Treatment of Chilled Water System at Machine Room, Area II

Scope of Works:
1. Initiate delivery of chemical monthly
2. Deployment of site technician once a week
3. Siphoning of hot and cold water basin
4. Brushing of hot & cold water basin
5. First month and after 6 months in-place cleaning of two (2) units PVC fillers before chemical dosing for assessment and evaluation of chilled water on open system
6. First month and after 6 months in-place cleaning of two (2) units condenser tubes before chemical dosing for assessment and evaluation of chilled water on close system
a. Opening of one cover
b. Flush the system
c. Borescope before and after cleaning
d. Swabbing of condenser tubes using machine
e. Application of neutralizing agent
f. Return of cover
g. Housekeeping
7. Dosing of chemicals using dosing pump
