Description : The Department of Health - CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT IV-A (CALABARZON) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to submit its SEALED QUOTATION for the item below on or before DECEMBER 22, 2025; 1:30 PM at the BAC Secretariat Office, 2nd Floor Warehouse, Center for Health Development IV-A, QMMC Compound, Project 4, Quezon City.
The Opening of Quotation shall be conducted on DECEMBER 22, 2025; 1:30 PM at the 3rd floor Conference Room via face-to-face. Sealed Quotation will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend the activity.
Submit two (2) copies of the eligibility, technical and financial documents (hard copies) along with your quotation/proposal. (Please see attached Checklist of Requirements)
