- RFQ-2025-21 Costing Community Based Services for HIV.The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFQ) is select a suitable contractor (an Individual) to carry out the costing of Community Based Services (CBS) for HIV Prevention and Treatment services in the Philippines. The overall objective of the assignment is to conduct costing exercises of Community Based Services, including community-led HIV response, to inform strategic planning, resource mobilization, support financing advocacy efforts, and integration into broader health financing systems in the Philippines.Planned timelines (subject to confirmation): Start date: 15/11/2025-End date: 15/07/2026; Total duration: 8 months.Closing date for submission of proposals -31/10/2025.Work to be performed:1.
