- RFQ-2025-12 Development of a Comprehensive Framework and Guidebook for the Implementation of Youth-Led HIV Programs for Young Key Populations through the Sangguniang Kabataan. Country/Division and Unit Name: UCO Philippines.The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFQ) is for UNAIDS to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the development and implementation of a comprehensive framework and guidebook for the implementation of youth-led HIV programs for young key populations (YKP) through the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK).The providershall be an individual operating in the field of public health, social sciences, or related field, with proven expertise in HIV programming and youth development.Work to be performed:1. Develop and implement a comprehensive framework and guidebook for engaging and capacitating youth leaders from theSK in the implementation of HIV programs for YKPs2. Train SK Officials, local youth development council (LYDC) members, and local youth development office (LYDO) staff for the implementation of the comprehensive framework and guidebook3. Integrate SK-led HIV Programs for YKPs into Barangay Planningand Investment.The supplier will be based in Manila but will be required to travel to select localities in the National Capital Region for consultations, pilot trainings, and technical support. Limited travel to Visayas and Mindanao may be required to support additional pilottrainings.Planned...
