Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: “RENTAL OF VEHICLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF MONITORING OF LIBRARY HUBS, SCHOOL LIBRARIES, AND
SELECTED SCHOOLS" on January 12-16, January 19-23, January 27-30, February 9-13, February 16-20, 2026.

This RFQ is composed of one (1) lot and shall be awarded as one (1) project. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is Two Hundred Eight Thousand Pesos Only (Php208,000.00).

Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of December 10, 2025.
