Description : Please quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the item/s listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this RFQ, and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative not later January 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Bids and Awards Committee at BAC Secretariat, DPWH-Bukidnon 2nd DEO, Pinamaloy, Don Carlos, Bukidnon. Upon receipt of at least three (3) quotations on or before the submission deadline, the BAC shall open the quotations.
