Notice is given that the Department of Public Works and Highways, Cebu 6th District Engineering Office, A.C. Cortes Avenue, Mandaue City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will procure the following goods/supplies through SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT, in accordance with Section 34 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of RA 12009 for the following goods:
