Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: "SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TRAINING KITS FOR THE CONDUCT OF TRAINING OF TRAINERS ON
HIGHER-ORDER THINKING SKILLS (HOTS) ASSESSEMENT". This RFQ is composed of one (1) set and shall be awarded as one project. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is One Hundred Ten Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 110,500.00) Only.

Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of December 9, 2025.
