Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR USE IN THE DEPED CAR REGIONAL
OFFICE NEAP DORMITORY."

This RFQ is composed of Four (4) items and shall be awarded per line items. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is Three Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only
(Php 322,500.00).

Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of November 28, 2025.
