Description : The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)-PENRO Aurora intends to Procure Catering services for DENR Region 3 Year-End Employee-s General Assembly on December 3-5. 2025 at DENR Regional Office, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 360,000.00 inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Interested bidders are required to complete and submit the Price Quotation Form, not later than November 17, 2025, 12:00 PM, at the DENR-PENRO, Pingit, Baler, Aurora, or electronically via email to bacpenro.aurora@denr.gov.ph. Additionally, please ensure to include attachments of the PhilGEPS registration, Income/Business Tax Return, Mayor-s/Business Permit.
Award of contract shall be made to the bidder with the quotation for the subject goods which comply with the minimum technical specifications and other terms and conditions stated herein. All bids higher than ABC shall automatically be disqualified. Opening of Quotations is on November 17, 2025, 12:00 PM.
