III. SUMMARY
This procurement covers the rental of vehicles required for the conduct of the KOPI TAYO Event within Cavite or Batangas Provinces. The event will run for four (4) nights and five (5) days for the Secretariat and VIPs, and two (2) nights and three (3) days for official participants.

The vehicles will be used to transport VIPs and the Secretariat to and from the official venue during the event
period. In addition, on Day 2 of the event, the vehicles will be utilized to transport participants for Cooperative visits, ensuring smooth and timely transfers.
