Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF T-SHIRT FOR USE DURING THE CONDUCT OF THE 18 DAYS CAMPAIGN
TO END VIOELENCE”.

This RFQ is composed of one (1) lot and shall be as one project. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is Fifty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php56,550.00).

Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of October 24, 2025. Submission should be through courier or hand-delivery to the address below:
