Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites your company to engage in Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Bidding (Section 41 of the IRR of RA 9184) for the PROJECT: REBIDDING OF SUPPLY AND DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY OF MANIPULATIVE MATERIALS FOR LEARNERS WITH 4 LOTS DISABILITIES FOR DEPED-CAR (LIVELIHOOD SUPPLIES, MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT; SPORTS EQUIPMENT; EDUCATIONAL MANIPULATIVES, AND GARDEN & CONSTRUCTION TOOLS & EQUIPMENT).

This RFQ is composed of four (4) lots and shall be awarded as per project. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for each lot is as follows:
