Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: "SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SPORTS SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE DEPED-CAR SPORTS PROGRAM"

This RFQ is composed of Twenty One (21) items and shall be awarded per line item. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is Six Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 665,000.00).

Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of September 10, 2025.
