Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMMONLY USED SUPPLIES AND OTHER SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE DEPED-CAR REGIONAL OFFICE".
This RFQ is composed of Forty Seven (47) items and shall be awarded per line item. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is Three Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (Php 364,830.00).
Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of September 1, 2025.
