Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FLU VACCINE FOR THE DEPED-CAR REGIONAL OFFICE PERSONNEL.
This RFQ is composed of one (1) lot and shall be awarded as one project. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved budget for this project is One Hundred Thirty One Thousand One Hundred Pesos Only
