Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TOKEN FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE REGIONAL TRAINING OF SPORTS
CLUB FACILITATORS"

This RFQ is composed of two (2) items and shall be awarded per line item. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is Seventy Three Thousand Two Pesos (Php 73, 200.00) Only.
Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of June 30,
2025. Submission should be through courier or hand-delivery to the address below:
