PhP131,250.00 for 25 pax x 15 Meetings

1. Schedule of Meetings:

To be Implemented within the year specific dates to be coordinated to the services provider at least five (5) days before the meeting.

2. Food Requirements:

Packed Lunch Meal (including rice, chicken with vegetable side dish, dessert and bottled drink); Proposed menu to be submitted for end-users- approval.

3. Preferably eco-friendly food packaging (Use starch-based containers or wax-coated meal containers.)

4. Provide bamboo utensils (or biodegradable alternative) to be used during meals

5. Packed meal to be distributed at the venue (within Metro Manila; specific venue to be determined later) not later than 11:30 AM on the day of the meeting
