● Every after the cleaning services are rendered, the service provider must submit a Progress Report to the end-user;
● The service provider may request progress billing after the completion of the first round of deep cleaning, subject to the submission of complete documentary requirements for its payment;
● The Service provider must include in its Bid Offer the cost-of-Service Insurance (Warranty) to cover any damage/s to fixed or movable assets as a result of the cleaning session/s;
