Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: “CATERING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE DIGITIZATION OF E-SMART TOOLS FOR GRADES 3,4,7, & 8 FOR THE REVISED К TO 10 BASIC EDUCATION CURRICULUM” on July 1-4, 2025 (Day 0-3).

This RFQ is composed of one (1) lot and shall be awarded as one project. The quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total Approved Budget for the project is One Hundred Fifteen Five Hundred Pesos (Php 115,500.00) Only.

Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of March 28, 2025. Submission should be through courier or hand-delivery to the address below:
