Description : Lunch and Snacks for the Meetings for the Development of SGLG Indicators for the Youth

PhP20,000.00 for 15 pax x 4 Meetings

To be implemented within the year specific dates to be coordinated to be service provider at least five (5) days

Indicative Schedule of Meetings:
•May 6, 2025 - 1st Meeting
•July 8, 2025 - 2nd Meeting
•September 9, 2025 - 3rd Meeting
•November 4, 2025 - 4th Meeting

Food Requirements:
Packed Lunch Meals (including rice, chicken with vegetable side dish and bottled drink); Proposed menu to be submitted for the end-user approval

Packed snacks (AM Snacks): Proposed menu to be submitted for the end-user approval.

Preferably eco-friendly food packaging (use starch-based containers or wax-coated meals containers.)
And with bamboo utensils (or biodegradable alternative to be used during meals.

Packed Meals to be distributed at the venue (NYC Central Office) not later than 10:00am (snacks) and 11:30 AM (Lunch) on the day of the meeting
