Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: CATERING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF CAPABILITY BUILDING OF INFORMATION OFFICERS AND PAU STAFF ON CRISIS COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT (LEVEL 2) WITH ADVANCED COMMUNICATION SKILL ON ORAL AND WRITTEN
