Description : The DepED-CAR Regional Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to quote for the PROJECT: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONTINUOUS FORMS FOR THE PRINTING OF MONTHLY PAYROLLS AND FORM 7'S

This RFQ is composed of three (3) items and shall be awarded as per line item. Your quotations should be inclusive of tax. The total approved Budget for the project is One Hundred Forty Four Thousand Pesos (Php 144,000.00) Only.

Submission of the original quotation with the eligibility requirements duly signed by the owner/proprietor or his/her authorized representative should be made in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 AM of May 24, 2024. Submission should be through courier or hand-delivery to the address below:
