2. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE reserves the right to reject any or all offers and accept an offer as may be considered most
advantegeous to the Agency.
3. Prices being offered shall include all applicable taxes, fees and other charges and a 30 day credit line shall commence from the
acceptance of delivered items.
4. General criteria for evaluation: completeness of the submitted documents, compliance to specifications, bid offer, and compliance
with RA 9184 and other applicable government rules. The bids shall be evaluated on a per lot basis as first preference and on per
item on second preference.
5. Delivery of goods may be accepted, rejected, or reserved for acceptance (e.g., Item cannot be immediately inspected, needs further
testing, etc.)
6. Extended total must be computed for each item and the TOTAL (summation) of all extended total must be filled up.
