1. The GUINAYANGAN WATER DISTRICT, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) for the Supply and Delivery of 10KVa Generator Set in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
