Description : Please quote your lowest price for the item described below, taking into consideration of the following:
1. Approved Budget of the Contract: ₱ 880,000.00
2. Delivery period shall be SIXTY (60) calendar days from the receipt of Purchase Order.
3. Refusal to accept an award may be ground for the imposition of Administrative Sanctions under Rule XXI, Sections 98-100 of the NGPA RA 12009.
4. The Procuring Entity (Candon City Water District) shall deal with legitimate suppliers only.
5. Quoted prices shall be inclusive of applicable taxes and shall be firm and valid for a period of at least thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the receipt of the quotation, and shall be binding upon the supplier within the period.
6. The PE reserves the right to post-qualify any supplier and/or reject any or all submitted quotations.
7. Job Order/Purchase Order shall be awarded to the lowest calculated and responsive bid.
