The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office (DARRO), through the IFADVISTA Loan Proceeds/General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to engage the services of a Contract of Service - Gender and Social Inclusion Associate (GESI Associate) through Negotiated Procurement-Highly Technical Consultant under Section 35.7 of the 2025 IRR of RA 12009.
