1 All particulars relative to the Evaluation of bids, Post-Qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of revised R.A. 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations.

2 Delivery period within 30 C. D. upon effectivity of Notice to Proceed. Administrative penalties pursuant to Sec. 69 of the Revised IRR-RA 9184 shall be for a minimum for non-delivery without valid reason.

3 Price validity shall be for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
