Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center (GCGMMC), through the GAA 2026/Hospital Income 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Twenty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Nine Philippine Pesos and 37/100 only (PhP5,029,669.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Infrastructure Project: Revamp/Construction, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Equipment, Materials and Accessories for the Enhancement of the Existing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) under IB#2026-04-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
