Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR RETROFITTING OF MAGAT DAM CONCRETE STRUCTURES - PHASE 1 (SAVINGS)

1. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System, Dam & Reservoir Division, through the General Appropriation Act for CY-2023 savings intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Four Hundred Fourty Pesos and Seventy-Nine Centavos (₱7,490,440.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Retrofitting of Magat Dam Concrete Structures - Phase 1 (Savings) with Contract ID No. 2025- MARIIS-DRD-CCAW-SAVINGS-INFRA-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System, Dam & Reservoir Division, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within seventy-five (75) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
