Retiling of Property/Records Office at SRA-LGAREC
Scope of Work:
1. Site inspection
2. Mobilization
3. Clearing and cleaning of site;
4. Removal of existing floor covers-linoleum and vinyl
5. Dismantling of existing office workstation wooden partitions and old wooden baseboards
6. Floor preparations prior to installation of tiles and mortars. Estimated Floor area: 56 sq.m.
7. Installation of 40cm by 40cm glazed floor tiles with the use of mortar as tile adhesive - with highly adhesive, greater tensile and bonding strength materials.
8. Application of grout on the installed tiles
9. Application of paint to the area of the removed baseboard
10. Finished floor line shall be the same level as the existing
11. All works shall be done on standard engineering procedures.
12. Consult with the end-user regarding the color of tiles and paint.
13. Clearing and disposal of all waste materials after project completion
