Description : 1. General Instructions

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Regional Office III, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested contractors to submit quotations for the above-stated project in accordance with the scope of work, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria provided below.

Submission of quotations shall be done face-to-face at the BAC Secretariat, DENR Regional Office III, DMGC, Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Documents must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, properly labeled, and submitted on or before the deadline indicated in the PhilGEPS posting. Late submissions will not be accepted.

This procurement is processed under Small Value Procurement pursuant to RA 12009, as approved through the signed Request for Mode of Procurement endorsed by the RBAC Chairman.
