1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the 30% Quick Response Fund (QRF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Four and 81/100 Pesos (Php997,904.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Restoration of Eroded Slope at Bodiweng (POW-8751-2025-BNG-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, Benguet now invites bids for the project:
