Description : 1. The National Historical Commission of the Philippines, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Four Thousand One Hundred Five Pesos and 65/100 (Php 9,904,105.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Restoration of Cape Santiago Lighthouse in Calatagan, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Historical Commission of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required two hundred forty (240) calendar days. The Bidder must have an experience of having completed a Single largest completed contract (SLCC) on restoration of Unreinforced Masonry Structure. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
