1. The Cebu Port Authority, through the 2025 CPA Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Eight Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Four Pesos and 65/100 (PhP 78,260,944.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Reslabbing of Dilapidated Reinforced Concrete Roro Ramp and Deck, Repair of Damaged Wearing Course and Sectional Repair of Damaged Concrete Pavement at Berth 27, Cebu Baseport with Project ID 2025-17-IN (CO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
