Description : RESETTLEMENT AND HOUSING PROJECT (REACHING TOWARDS AN UPLIFTING AND EMPOWERING LIFE)

1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani, through the SB#1, CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos (₱20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Resettlement and Housing Project (Reaching Towards an Uplifting and Empowering Life). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani now invites bids for Construction of 50-units housing (23 duplex, 4 single-attached), Only partition on toilet. With electrical, plumbing, roofing and tiling works. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
