Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR RESCUE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF MDRRMO 24/7 EMERGENCY OPERATION CENTER
1. The Municipality of Miagao, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian, Account Number 9940 (3) 1-07-05-990 intends to apply the sum of P 250,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for RESCUE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF MDRRMO 24/7 EMERGENCY OPERATION CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Miagao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) working days. Bidders should have completed, within twelve (12) months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
