Description : Invitation to Bid for the Construction of DENR-9 Clinic for Regional Wildlife Rescue Center Phase-II

1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX, through the approved General Appropriation Act (GAA) FY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱3,000,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Construction of DENR-9 Clinic for Regional Wildlife Rescue Center Phase-II located in Barangay Baclay, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX now invites bids for Construction of DENR-9 Clinic for Regional Wildlife Rescue Center Phase-II. Completion of the Works is required for one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
