Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REROOFING OF UNIVERSITY LIBRARY (NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-TWO FAILED BIDDING) WITH IDENTIFICATION NUMBER INFRA-P05A-2024-01-15
1. The Bukidnon State University, through the FY 2024 (06-IGI) Budget Approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project Reroofing of University Library (Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Bidding) with identification number Infra-P05A-2024-01-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bukidnon State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project Four (4) years (January 15, 2021- January 15, 2025).
