  1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines through GHQ Bid and Awards Committee 4 through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Five Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and 28/100 (PHP 22,549,438.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Requirements for the Management of AFP Museum (Remove and Replace of Centralize Air-conditioning System of AFP Theater). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
