Description : 1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau - CAR (MGB-CAR), as the Procuring Entity, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Seventy Eight Thousand Pesos (Php78,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Apparatus for MGB-CAR to be made in the MGB-CAR office as specified. Quotations received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.

2. The MGB-CAR-BAC now Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Apparatus for MGB-CAR at the MGB-CAR office address 80 Diego Silang St., Baguio City. The Contractor must provide their BIR Certificate of Registration, PhilGEPS Registration number, Income/Business Tax Return and Omnibus Sworn Statement together with the RFQ.

3. The procurement of contractor for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Apparatus for MGB-CAR will be conducted based on Section 53.9. Small Value Procurement of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184....
