Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REQUEST FOR SERVICE FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICE TO BE DEPLOYED IN 28 ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THE CITY
1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriations Ordinance of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Only (P8,960,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Request for Service for the procurement of Security Service to be deployed in 28 Elementary and Secondary Schools in the city (BP-25-07-0001) Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
