The PHILHEALTH REGIONAL OFFICE XII, through the Corporate Operating Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Forty Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen and 95/100 cents only. (640,214.95) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Procurement of Various IT Equipment for the use of PRO XII.
