Description : 1. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office DENR- PENRO, Pampanga, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY 2025 intends to apply the total sum of Four Million Pesos (Php 4,00,000.00) for the Construction of Linear Park in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga for FY 2026 Under the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program for which this Request for Quotation is issued.

2. The PENRO Pampanga, through its Provincial Bids and Awards Committee, invites eligible Community or Social Groups, to submit duly signed proposal/quotation not later than the closing date and time for the procurement project stated above. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days.

3. Interested Community or Social Group/s must submit the following documents (as prescribed in Appendix 35 of the Updated 2016 IRR of RA 9184):
