The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office - Pampanga (PENRO Pampanga), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY 2026 intends to apply the total sum of Twenty-Five Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Pesos (Php 25,733,000.00) for the Comprehensive Site Development (CSD) for Year 1 Plantation Establishment and 1st Year Maintenance and Protection, Year 2 and 3 Maintenance and Protection of Seven Hundred Eighty-One (781) Hectares ENGP Sites Located in Brgy. Nabuclod, Floridabalanca and Brgy. Inararo, Porac, Pampanga for which this Request for Quotation is issued.
2. The PENRO Pampanga, through its Provincial Bids and Awards Committee, invites eligible Community or Social Groups within the 2nd District of Pampanga, to submit duly signed proposal/quotation not later than the closing date and time for the procurement project stated below.
