REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Local Government of Danao City, through the City Veterinary Services Office intends to apply the sum of Php299,999.40 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Veterinary Medicine for Safe and Effective Animal Handling, Treatment and Surgical Procedures for the City Veterinary Services Office of the CITY GOVERNMENT OF DANAO. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Quotation.

Issuance of "Request for Quotation" is on March 30-31, 2026.

Deadline of Submission of RFQ is on April 01, 2026 at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the Bids and Awards Committee Office.
