Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
(RFQ)
1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau - CAR (MGB-CAR), as the Procuring Entity, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Three Thousand Pesos (Php63,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Survey Instrument (Precision Compass) for MGB-CAR to be made in the MGB-CAR office as specified. Quotations received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.

2. The MGB-CAR-BAC now Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply and Delivery of Survey Instrument (Precision Compass) for MGB-CAR at the MGB-CAR office address 80 Diego Silang St., Baguio City. The Contractor must provide their BIR Certificate of Registration, PhilGEPS Registration number, Income/Business Tax Return and Omnibus Sworn Statement together with the RFQ.
