1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau - CAR (MGB-CAR), as the Procuring Entity, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Four Eighteen Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (Php134,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for MGB-CAR to be made in the MGB-CAR office as specified. Quotations received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.
