REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Local Government of Danao City, through the City Health Services Office intends to apply the sum of Php75,100.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of HIV Test Kits for HIV and Aids Voluntary, Counseling and Testing for the City Health Services Office of the CITY GOVERNMENT OF DANAO. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.

Issuance of "Request for Quotation" is on February 19-20, 2025.

Deadline of Submission of RFQ is on February 21, 2025 at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the Bids and Awards Committee Office.
